Kyjov (village)

The small village situated at the mouth of Kyjov Valley (Kyjovské údolí) was established in the mid-17th century. The first mention of a mill and saw mill on the Křinice River comes from the 18th century. Evidence has also been found of ore and stone mining in the area before the establishment of the village. The village neighbours on Krásná Lípa.
