Kuhstall (rock arch)

A rock arch 11 metres tall, 17 metres wide and 24 metres deep. According to legends, it was used as a hideaway of rogue knights as early as 15th century. The German name is derived from the farmers of Lichtenhain, who hid their cattle here from the soldiers during the Thirty-Years War. A restaurant was built here in 1853.
