Jeskyně víl (Fairy Cave)

Jeskyně víl (Fairy Cave) is a sandstone rock overhang and underground caves below it, in which unique ice formations appear every winter. Growing from the ceiling and floor of the cave are ice stalactites and stalagmites of all different sizes; you can also see ice curtains and many other formations.

Fairy Cave is situated on the hillside on the right bank of the River Křinice in the Bohemian Switzerland national park in Kyjov Valley, approximately 2 km from Kyjov. Fairy Cave is open to visitors free of charge all year round and is a particularly fascinating sight in winter.
