Brtníky Brook

A beautiful valley between the villages of Kopec and Zadní Doubice. The upper part of the valley offers very hard sandstone rocks influenced by the Lusatian Fault. In the lower part of the valley, Oeder's map from the late 16th century showed tar works, whose remnants can still be found here. Archaeological surveys have confirmed mesolitic settlement in the area.
